Banner Hill Properties is a real estate marketing and acquisitions company based in Tennessee, founded to help owners sell property without the hassle of traditional real estate listings.

We work directly with property owners — including those who inherited land, moved away, or simply no longer have a use for a parcel — to put a purchase agreement in place under mutually agreed terms. Depending on the property, we may close on the purchase directly, or may assign our contract rights to another buyer within our network of investors. Any such assignment is disclosed to the seller as part of our standard agreement.

Our process is built on transparency and respect for property owners' time. We do our own research on public property records to identify properties that may be a good fit for our business, and we reach out directly to owners to gauge interest. We never pressure anyone to sell, and any owner can opt out of communication from us at any time.
